Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made on HookSunglasses.com.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is made.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom or prescription orders may require additional processing time of 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PRESCRIPTION CONFIRMATION.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and selected service.

Typical time frames:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier volume, weather, and destination.

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 before tax and after discounts, within the LOWER 48 STATES.


Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to UNITED STATES, APO/FPO, and US TERRITORIES.

  • We do not ship internationally.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after your package leaves our facility.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in your email or through the carrier’s website.

 

Delays & Carrier Issues

We work hard to ship orders promptly, but occasionally delays occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high seasonal volume.

  • Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timelines are outside our direct control.

  • If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at admin@hooksunglasses.com and we will help you open a claim or investigate with the carrier.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

    1. Check with household members or neighbors.

    2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

    3. Contact the carrier directly.

If you are still unable to locate your package after 5 days, reach out to us at admin@hooksunglasses.com with your order number and tracking details.

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at admin@hooksunglasses.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the packaging and damaged item

    • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review and work with you on a resolution according to our warranty and return policies.


Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at the time of order.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it to a corrected address for an additional shipping fee.
