Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is made.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom or prescription orders may require additional processing time of 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PRESCRIPTION CONFIRMATION.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and selected service.

Delays & Carrier Issues
We work hard to ship orders promptly, but occasionally delays occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high seasonal volume.

Address Errors

We are not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at the time of order.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it to a corrected address for an additional shipping fee.
