Return Policy

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 15 days from the date of receipt.
Your sunglasses must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Simply contact us below, NOTE RETURN in the subject. Add the REASON FOR RETURN, ORDER # and DATE OF PURCHASE in the text.

We will respond with an return authorization form to be completed and enclosed with your return. Your account will be credited upon receipt of the return.

Hook Optics Warranty

HOOK Optics sunglasses come with a limited-life time warranty against manufacturing defects, available exclusively to the original purchaser.

To activate your warranty, you must register your sunglasses on our website under warranty registration.

Once registered, your warranty will be active, offering you protection against any manufacturing defects in materials.

Please note that frames and/or lenses that have been dropped, scratched, chewed by pets, or otherwise abused do not qualify as manufacturing defects and will not be covered under warranty. This policy is clearly stated on the warranty card included with your purchase and detailed here.

If you have a problem, simply contact us below, NOTE WARRANTY in the subject. Add the PROBLEM, ORDER # and DATE OF PURCHASE in the text, attach a photo so we can evaluate the problem.

Hook Optics offers replacement lenses for for scratched or damaged lenses at a reasonable fee.

Lens Care and Cleaning Recommendations

  • Always wet your lenses prior to cleaning them with your T-Shirt, they will last longer and scratch less. 
  • Always wash your sunglasses with fresh water then dry, using your Hook Optics lens cloth after fishing, otherwise salt dries on the lenses and as you clean them you are actually grinding the salt into the lens and possibly causing the scratches.  Would you wash your car dry? Don’t rub the dirt and grime into dry lenses.
  • NEVER use windex or cleaning products on your lenses.
  • Rinse in the Am and PM under fresh water or with a tiny drop of non anti-bacterial dish soap to clean if you do not have lens cleaner. Dry with lens cloth.
  • NEVER soak your sunglasses overnight in a bath, they don’t need one like you do!
