Do you have a hardworking, dedicated mate by your side who dreams of advancing their career in the fishing industry?
Here’s your chance to help make your hard working mates dreams a reality, nominate him or her today! Hook Optics will cover the expenses of the winning candidates 6 pack license.
This scholarship is in honor of the “Last Call” and the late “Franky Pettolina.” Mates should have traits that would make Franky proud.
All you need to do is:
Submit a persuasive article highlighting your mates passion, dedication and work ethics all in 500 words or less.
Tips for writing a persuasive article:
– Highlight your mate’s work ethic and passion for the fishing industry
– Emphasize the potential impact of obtaining the captain’s license
– Provide specific examples of your mate’s skills and qualities
– Include contact information for both captain and mate and

Anyone can nominate a hard working mate. It is not mandatory that the nomination is submitted by a captain.
All nominees must work on a boat in an Ocean City Marina.
